About Dr. Marti
Dr. Marti earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She brings more than 30 years of clinical experience, with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. She is especially passionate about working with “systems”—including schools, families, and community supports—to ensure comprehensive care.
Specializations
Dr. Marti specializes in diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has a particular research interest in diagnosing adults and women on the autism spectrum, an area often under-recognized and misunderstood.

In addition to individual evaluations, Dr. Marti offers supportive therapy groups designed to help clients adjust, grow, and connect with others.
Post-Diagnostic Support Group for Women
“I’ve Just Been Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder! Now What?” is a 15-session telehealth group created for adult women recently diagnosed with ASD. The group meets weekly via Zoom and provides education and support around topics such as autism burnout, masking and camouflaging, diagnosis disclosure, communication skills, sensory regulation, and identity development.
The next cohort begins January 14, 2026.

Professional Involvement
Dr. Marti has been an active leader in the field, serving on the Nebraska Psychological Association (NPA) for more than 12 years. The NPA represents and advances the interests of psychologists across the state of Nebraska.
